All of your data is transmitted over HTTPS; however, we only encrypt sensitive information, i.e. login/passwords, when storing.
Sharelov features the ability to make content private or public. These settings fall under the responsibility of the Sharelov site in which they are published within. Sharelov is not liable for user content on other sites.
Sharelov may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a users actions may violate the Terms of Service.
If Sharelov, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Sharelov goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
