All of your data is transmitted over HTTPS; however, we only encrypt sensitive information, i.e. login/passwords, when storing.
We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, in the limited circumstances where this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Sharelov features the ability to make content private or public. These settings fall under the responsibility of the Sharelov site in which they are published within. Sharelov is not liable for user content on other sites.

Any person who provides their personal information to us through our Site or Service represents that they are older than 12 years of age.
If Sharelov, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Sharelov goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
